Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. Customers book from a link, follow their vehicle from a secure link, and approve quotes and pay from their phone — no downloads, no passwords.
Can customers pay online?
Yes — deposits at booking, quote approvals and final balances, all card payments handled securely. Cash is recorded too, so the job balance is always right.
What if the customer can't bring the car in?
Arrange collection or recovery from inside the job — runner or non-runner. You and the customer both see the same live status, with photo proof at collection and delivery.
Does it work on a phone or iPad?
Yes. Escargo is built phone-first and iPad-first — the front desk, the workshop floor and the owner's pocket all get the same simple system.
Can my staff see each other's pay?
No. Staff see only their own hours, tips and payslips. Payroll totals are visible to the owner — and to a payroll manager only if you grant it.
